Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your SantehPlast products. If there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below.

14-Day Return Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, retail customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Trade & Wholesale Returns (B2B)

For trade customers (Bands A-E), returns of correctly supplied non-faulty goods may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and administration.

• Trade returns must be authorized in advance by emailing sales@santehplast.co.uk.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any original delivery charges. We may require photo evidence of the damage.

How to Start a Return

1. Email Sales@santehplast.co.uk with your Order Number.
2. State the reason for your return.
3. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
