Shipping & Delivery

At SantehPlast UK, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Whether you are a retail customer or a wholesale partner, we use reliable couriers to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Delivery: £3.65 (Standard 2–3 day service).
  • Next Day Delivery: £10.45- Orders must be placed before 1PM.
  • Free Delivery: All orders over £150 (ex. VAT) qualify for free standard shipping.

Note: For large wholesale orders requiring pallet delivery, shipping costs may vary. We will contact you if additional shipping charges apply to oversized loads.

Lead Times & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).
  • Wholesale Orders: Large bulk orders (Bands A-E) may require an additional 24–48 hours for picking and palletisation.
  • Weekend Orders: Any orders placed after 3PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses.

  • For delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or UK Islands, additional shipping surcharges may apply at checkout.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer direct checkout for international orders. Please contact sales@santehplast.co.uk for a bespoke shipping quote.

Order TrackOnce your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Trade customers can also view their order status and tracking history via the [My Account] portal.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.

  • Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Please email Sales@santehplast.co.uk with your Order Number and photos of any damage so we can resolve this for you immediately.

Important Note for Trade Customers

Please ensure that someone is available at your business premises to sign for the delivery. If a pallet delivery is unsuccessful due to no one being present, a re-delivery fee may be charged by the courier.
