Eligibility & Business Customers
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We sell to both:
- Consumers (B2C), and
- Business customers (B2B).
Certain consumer rights described in these terms apply only to consumers and do not apply to business customers.
Products
We sell physical plumbing and water filtration products, including MDPE compression fittings, under-sink water filters, and filter housings.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display products accurately, minor variations may occur.
Pricing & VAT
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Wholesale Pricing: Authorized trade customers will see discounted pricing once logged into their specific account band. We reserve the right to audit these accounts and adjust banding levels based on purchasing volume. If a pricing error occurs where a wholesale discount is applied to a non-eligible user, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms & Conditions.
An order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability or errors in pricing or product descriptions.
Account Security: If you have been granted a Wholesale Account (Bands A-E), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept payment via the payment methods made available at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds

Consumer customers have statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Use of Products
Our products must be installed and used in accordance with applicable regulations.
Professional Installation: Many of our products (such as MDPE fittings and filtration systems) are intended for installation by qualified professionals. SantehPlast UK LTD accepts no liability for leaks, water damage, or system failures resulting from DIY installation or failure to comply with UK Water Regulations.
We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law
For business customers, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
